Delivery times

Our regular delivery times are 2 to 3 days if in stock.

Shipping and shipping costs
All prices mentioned are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are

• Standard package: € 7.75 excluding VAT
• Letterbox package: €4.95 excl. VAT
• DPD Pick-up punt Levering : € 5,95 excl. BTW

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands are €9.50 excl. VAT.

The order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
Shipment is offered for delivery by DPD.

Depending on the size and value of the order, it will be sent as letterbox post or as parcel post.
A package is offered to the door by DPD. DPD may deliver the package to the neighbors if there is no answer.
After two attempts without response, you can collect the parcel from the nearest DPD Pickup address.

Returns

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day.
a) for sales agreements:
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.;
b) for contracts where the consumer has ordered multiple goods in the same order that are delivered separately: on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order, at your own expense.
Please report returns in advance viainfo@zorgkleding.beor via your account on the website. Only returns with attached label and as much as possible in the original packaging will be accepted.
After receiving the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days. In case of return shipment after 14 days after receipt, we will no longer refund the full amount.
1-14 days 100%
15-21 days 80%
21-30 days 50%
After 30 days, no more reimbursement is possible.

Please note: unstamped returns will not be accepted. A return shipment must always be sufficiently stamped.

We advise you to use a track & trace shipment via a sender for a return shipment.
This prevents disputes between sender and recipient and the package can always be traced.
zorgkleding.be reserves the right to refuse returns or to refund only part of the amount paid if there is reason to suspect that the item has already been used or washed, if the item has been damaged and/or soiled as a result of use or if you have attempted to repair the defect yourself.

Swap
If the Size or the Color If an item you ordered is not right, you can always exchange this item within 14 days.

Givein advanceviainfo@zorgkleding.bewhich item you want to exchange, as well as the desired Color and/or Size.

Should the article/Color/Size If the item is no longer in stock, we will contact you.
Exchanges are based on shared postage costs. If you have received a (partly) incorrect order, you will receive a refund. zorgkleding.be will ensure that the correct items are sent at its own expense.
